•        Teacher Training

Assignments, Info Resources, Equipment set ups, Mentor Contacts, One-on- one and group training will be conducted in a number of settings.  Some will be in coordination with OSA, SPIE, NOAO & MESA California efforts as outlined in their NSF proposal – Hands-On Optics (HOO).  Other training exercises will be conducted at local schools and science centers as opportunities are arranged through OISC’s outreach programs described in other sections of this website.

•        Corporate Training

Technology Transfer, Training manual preparations, Workmanship Standards, Hands-on training, One time refresher classes, Follow up evaluations, One-on-one and group exercises will be offered to OISC member companies at reduced rates to help bring optics technologies into their products.
