Contact Information The OISC is co-located with the Irvine Center for Applied Competitive Technology (CACT) at the South Orange County Community College District's (SOCCCD) Advanced Technology & Education Park (ATEP). We are now in the new ATEP Campus on the corner of Redhill & Valencia in Tustin at the former Tustin Marine Air Station.
